Rob Hasbrouck, MS, BCBA — Owner
Rob graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. He worked in Dr. Brian Iwata’s lab with adults with Prader-Willi syndrome and Doctoral candidates as a research assistant. Post-grad Rob earned a Masters of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida and then a Graduate Certificate from Florida Institute of Technology in Applied Behavior Analysis. Rob specializes in high magnitude behaviors for replacement in children diagnosed with behavioral disorders (ASD, ODD, DMDD, Depression, Anxiety).
Elizabeth Hasbrouck, MA, BCBA — Owner
Elizabeth graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. She went on to complete her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida where she completed her thesis using Precision Teaching. Elizabeth is passionate about supervising students and new behavior analysts. At Excellerated Teaching Center Elizabeth focuses on the well-being of staff and clients to ensure our clinic is an enriching and inclusive place for all!
Beth McAuley, MS, BCBA — Clinical Coordinator
Beth graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2014. After spending two years working as a paraprofessional in the public school system, Beth received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida. Beth has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and an employee of ETC since 2018. She has extensive experience in designing individualized behavioral programming with a focus on building upon the client’s current strengths. She also has expertise in using precision teaching to teach vital skills to learners with a variety of support needs.
Kristina Duplantis, MA, BCBA — Interdisciplinary Coordinator
Kristina received her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tampa and graduated from the University of West Florida’s Master of Arts Exceptional Student Education program. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Speech Language Pathology Assistant, and a licensed Voluntary Prekindergarten Educator. With her unique background, Kristina has an understanding of the relationship between special education, behavior analysis, and communication skills. Her pediatric therapy strengths include improving articulation with a systematic approach that aligns with developmental milestones and behavioral based feeding therapy.
Christopher Rossetti, MA, BCBA — Assistant Case Lead
Chris graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in sociology. He then earned his Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2023. He has been in the field of ABA since 2017 and has been with ETC since 2019. Chris became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in April of 2024. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, from early learners to adults, with a focus on life skills, community skills, and safety skills for older individuals.
Jennie Dang, MA, BCBA – Assistant Case Lead
Jennie graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. She then earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2024. She has been with ETC since January of 2024. In October of 2024, Jennie became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has a passion for functional communication and incidental teaching with Early Learners.
Zachary Scott, MA — Operations Coordinator
Zack graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and then earned his Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2018. He has worked with children with autism since 2006, in the field of ABA since 2015 and with ETC since December 2016. Zack has served as the Operations Coordinator at ETC since 2019 and oversees the facility setup, billing services, and coordinates budgeting and purchases.
Janna Gaburo, MS, BCBA - Case Lead
Janna graduated from Eckerd College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development in 2018. She then attended Purdue University where she received her Master’s of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2023 and has worked in the field since 2017. She has been a part of the ETC team since 2019. She currently manages several cases with a focus on alternative communication (i.e., AAC devices), emerging early learner skills, and independent life skills.
Keri Crotty, MS, BCBA — Case Lead
Keri graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and then earned her Master’s of Science in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2022 and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2013. Keri joined the ETC team in 2019. She currently manages several client cases and specializes in teaching life skills, such as community safety skills and daily living skills needed to transition to adulthood .
Taylor Comber, MS, BCBA — Case Lead
Taylor graduated from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2017. After a gap year she returned to the University of South Florida to complete her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2021 and has been working with children who require additional supports since 2015. After finding her passion for the science of ABA during her experience with precision teaching, she has supported autistics and their families with ETC since 2018.
